Senior Business Resource Management Executive, Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu Sep 1998

Pioneer member in the setting-up of the operational aspect of HRM; managing fast-paced medium-sized operating environment of 300+ professional auditors in term of manpower planning, organizing, co-ordinating and controlling job engagement allocation for 2000+ clients generating an annual turnover in excess of $24,000,000.
As a result of a more effective human resource management, resulted in an increased generated revenue of $1,500,000. Implemented and monitored Management Operations Systems with USA vendor. Formulated HR planning guidelines and administrative policies. Liaise and work with Audit Partners and Managers on all human resources needs. Conduct all recruitment and selection of personnel interviews. Responsible for manpower and career development planning including initiating recruitment exercise to meet staffing needs.

Personnel Manager, Forte Group of Companies (SEA and Singapore), Mar 1997-June 1998

Located in Singapore and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Planned and determined training needs including drawing up management succession plans. Managed more than 15 office staff. Advise subordinate units�s HR managers on manpower matters and administration. Drafted and implemented a total of 15 manpower directives. Researched and design jobs specification for senior appointments.

Supervised and directed workflow of an operational team of 20 staffs; responsible for the daily operational running of the Naval Fleet and its crew to meet all operational missions and requirements. Maintain an updated status of more than 33 ships. Assist in Fleet crisis and accident management. Developed directives and orders for standard operating procedures. Received Navy achievement medal for superior performance.

Training Officer, School of Naval Training, HQ RSN, Dec 1988 - Nov 1989

Taught over 200 students in the area of naval procedure, military and civil knowledge. As an appointed deputy in command, supervised 18 training staff for the safe and effective conduct of training and conduct of the in house and field training.
